If we find a problem, we’ll do our best to fix it for you. In the majority of cases, we’re able to fix issues we find at no cost as part of our switching service. Depending on the complexity, additional fees may apply, however we’ll always keep you informed before we undertake any remedial work.
It depends! With some accountants we know to expect more issues than others. Because of our years of experience in taking on new clients from other contractor accountants, we know what to look out for. The majority of times we find problems, our accountants are able to fix them at no cost as part of our switching service.
Yes! Initially, you’ll be in the capable hands of our switching specialist team. Once you’re all set up, you’ll have a named account manager who’ll be there to support you.
If they’ve made a mistake they are professionally obligated to put it right. We can help by providing templates of formal letters to send. There are also professional accounting bodies you can complain to about poor accountancy work. However, if you don’t want the hassle of going back to them, it’s not a problem. Our accountants can do this for you (fees apply).
