Keeping me up to date
I’m not the easiest client! My book-keeping is horrendous and I need several reminders to do things. I also ask last-minute questions late in the day and inniAccounts keeps me on track. One instance – it was about 11pm on the Friday ahead of my 9am appointment with the Home Office when I realised I was missing my P60. I sent off an email to inniAccounts hoping someone would be in on the weekend to answer it. I got an answer before midnight from Matt and I slept easy!

The best part of using the software is how easy it is to navigate, how visible everything is in one place and how little time it takes to get everything done. It takes 1-2 days a month to check statements, do the payroll, sort through any reminders to do VAT and tax returns plus my standard book keeping tasks.
