inniAccounts is a UK-based online accounting and bookkeeping service designed specifically for contractors, freelancers and consultants.
inniAccounts was formed in 2006 by Dean Foster and Matt Poyser, two engineering contractors who were frustrated by the inefficiency of accountants and Excel-based bookkeeping.
Our service allows contractors to manage their entire business online - from day to day tasks like tracking time spent on projects and personal expenses, through to calculating VAT and tax returns.
We have three packages available:
- Lite - our free software-only service, includes access to essential features
- Plus - our software-only service, includes full access to inniAccounts features including LiveCash (for real-time financial information), Report Centre (for in-depth reporting) and inniAccounts Mobile (for iPhone and Android handsets) for £14.95 per month
- Premium - an all-inclusive accountancy service: includes full access to the inniAccounts online software plus our team of expert accountants will also provide a complete accountancy service for £74.95 per month.

LiveCash - the engine room behind inniAccounts - LiveCash provides a jargon-free, real-time forecast of how much cash you've got available after accounting for taxes and upcoming bills.
inniAccounts Mobile - you can access inniAccounts on the move from your iPhone or Android handset and keep on top of your finances when you're away from your computer.

We concentrate on delivering features tailored to the needs of these individuals (like a daily quick entry screen), unlike other accounting packages which are designed for small businesses and often have too many features.
It's designed by independent professionals - the majority of the product development team behind inniAccounts have previously contracted or freelanced. As such you won't find any accounting jargon inside inniAccounts - just easy to use features in a language that's easy to understand.
We own the software, and we provide the accountancy service - we've got compete control over the development of the software and it's fully integrated with our back-office accountancy processes. There's no buck-passing with inniAccounts.
