Senior manager / partner designate
Are you seeking a fresh challenge in a friendly, forward-looking practice? Here at inniAccounts, we have a proven track record of embracing cutting-edge technology and leading the accountancy profession – that’s why in 2017 we won AccountingWeb’s prestigious Practice Excellence Pioneer Award. Our ambition and desire to innovate is relentless, and that’s why we now have a vacancy for an experienced senior manager / partner designate.
The day to day role includes:
- Being accountable for compliance and advisory activities, and managing your team to deliver jobs on time
- Setting, demonstrating and maintaining high standards and practices
- Continuously improving client service quality and efficiency, including furthering the skills and knowledge of your team
- Ensuring team capacity is planned, and taking responsibility for growing your team to meet demand
You will lead our team of seven accountants (supported by seven client managers) to provide compliance and advisory support to approximately 1,000 clients.
To be considered, you must be qualified with proven technical knowledge, gained through practice experience. You should also have a passion for leading teams, and you will have the skills to develop individuals and support them to achieve their career goals.
Shape the future of accountancy
Inni is built on a bedrock of customer-led innovation, and from day one, we’ve challenged conventions. Team members who’ve joined us from other practices tell us it’s unlike anywhere they’ve worked before: there are no rigid hierarchies, our team are empowered to make a difference and we actively seek change and improvement. As pioneers, we recognise that compliance is a commodity, so we work hard to reduce and automate low-value activities, freeing our team to support our clients and solve difficult problems.
The firm’s wider team are from outside the accountancy profession, meaning you’ll work together with a variety of professionals (including software developers, marketers and operations experts) to deliver the firm’s objectives. Reporting to the CEO, you will be encouraged to challenge conventions, put customers at the heart of your role and be supported to deliver change. What’s more, you’ll play an important role in the future of the business, as we expand our offering into new markets.
The benefits package is excellent, and includes a generous salary, 33 days of holiday and private health care. The team is friendly and welcoming with an active social calendar.
