Sensitive data created on a personal computer can become corrupt, lost or stolen. With inniAccounts, no data is stored is on your computer therefore no one can access your data without your login.

High grade encryption

When using inniAccounts, all your data (both received by and sent from your computer) is encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption, the same grade used by online banks.

Physically secured servers

Our servers are hosted in a secure UK data centre where they are under 24 hour CCTV surveillance; physical access to these servers is only available to authorised employees of our hosting partner and two members of the inniAccounts team.

Continuous data backups

To provide continuity in case of data loss, backups are made continuously and transmitted off-site using 128 bit SSL encryption, where they are finally stored using 448 bit encryption.

Some of our other security precautions

• User logins will automatically be locked if there are failed attempts to login. Only you can request a new password which will be sent to your registered email address
• After a period of inactivity our software will log you off automatically for your protection
• You can access an audit trail of all the transactions for your company
