Carl Danvers - Accountancy Manager
Carl is our friendly and knowledgeable accountant and looks after our clients’ accounting and business needs large and small. An expert inniAccounts user and an extremely experienced accountant, Carl ensures that the numbers add up.
What Carl used to do
Carl has spent his entire career with his head in the books of contractors and small & medium size businesses, helping them with all aspects of their accounts and taxation as well as with the day to day questions that arise from running a business.
What Carl would rather be doing
Carl and his girlfriend recently had their first child, so when he is not sharing his expert accounting knowledge he’s learning about babies. Carl is currently trying to ascertain when it is acceptable to introduce a six month old to long haul flights.

Dean Foster - Support and Operations Manager
Dean is the engine room. He keeps inniAccounts running smoothly, working hard to ensure that every process is problem free, and he’s meticulous about the quality of our service. Dean provides continual technical support and works hard to ensure that our clients don't have to.
What Dean used to do
Dean is a man of many talents and is willing to turn his hand to just about anything. Having been a contractor for many enjoyable years, Dean has also had experience of running a small successful business with his wife. Consequently, Dean realised that managing a contracting or freelancing business was harder than it needed to be so he set about doing something about it, along with Matt. Once James was on board as well, inniAccounts was founded.
What Dean would rather be doing
Innovating, innovating, innovating. Every one of Dean's ideas is a good one - the problem is that he has too many for us to keep up with. It must be something to do with all the loud music he listens to which triggers that creative spark.

James Poyser - Product and Marketing Manager
When inniAccounts was founded, James single-handedly developed the software until Paul came along to lend a hand. James now manages the marketing for the business and oversees the design of the team’s innovative new product ideas. He also works hard to ensure they’re always user friendly.
What James used to do
Since graduating from UMIST, Manchester, James has worked in the technology industry for more than eight years. He’s gained a range of skills, from running web development companies to managing the marketing of mobile data products for Vodafone UK.
What James would rather be doing
When James gets a free moment you'll probably find him traveling the world, cooking, speeding through the countryside on his bike, wandering up a mountain, shooting photos or coding, possibly at the same time.

Matt Poyser - Business Manager
Matt is constantly looking for opportunities to attract new clients. Keen to pass on the great feedback that Carl and Dean receive from our clients, Matt can't help but get more enthusiastic every day! He thrives on working with the team to figure out how to make inniAccounts better - the real challenge though is for James and Paul to make it happen.
What Matt used to do
Matt has been an engineering contractor for over eight years and whilst chatting with Dean they realised that running a business shouldn't have to be so time consuming, costly and confusing. After getting their heads together with James, inniAccounts began to take shape.
What Matt would rather be doing
When he’s not being tempted by the latest gadget and technology offerings, Matt enjoys traveling with his wife and daughters. Matt has a passion for interesting and sporty cars. He loves nothing more than driving through the hills and spending the night under the stars with a tent and bbq.

Paul Nicklin - Technology Manager
Paul is our technology guru. He works hard on the ongoing development of inniAccounts, turning ideas into great new features. His extensive knowledge is put to great use ensuring that inniAccounts is always safe, secure and reliable.
What Paul used to do
Paul has been an IT Contractor for many years and has tackled some mind blowing projects. With Paul around you can be sure that inniAccounts will continually improve.
What Paul would rather be doing
Paul is a dab hand at DIY and wastes no time when a job needs doing. The latest challenge, though, is training his newest family arrival to plaster a ceiling.
